An incredible intaglio ring from the Art Nouveau (ca1900s) era! This intricate ring is crafted in 14k rose gold, and features a central, square-shaped moonstone intaglio. The detailed carving depicts a beautiful woman with a soft smile and long, flowing locks. Adorned in a headband, the woman has a lovely heart-shaped face. The prong-set moonstone displays a lovely translucent bluish-gray hue. Each corner of the intaglio is complemented by a bezel-set rose cut diamond, and the band of the ring is smooth and simple. An incredible piece, this intaglio ring would make a one-of-a-kind addition to any antique jewelry collection!
Measurements:Â The ring is a size 4.5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.8mm.
Condition:Â The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or carved moonstone. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
