The Story
A fantastic and unusual Vintage silver bracelet from the 1950s era! Crafted in 830 silver, the slip-on style bangle is by Danish silversmith Anton Michelsen and featuresĀ an interesting coiled design which travels the entire length of the bracelet. The flowing spiraled pattern has a wonderful texture and is slightly flexible due to the nature of the coiling, which is reminiscent of an old telephone cord. Despite the bracelet's substantial appearance, the design is lightweight and comfortable to wear.Ā The mark "830" appears along the inner rim along with the Anton Michelsen makers mark. Beautiful and stylish,Ā the bracelet has a bold look that would make a lovely addition to any collection!
Measurements:Ā The interior of the bracelet measures 2 1/4" in diameter, and would fit nicely on an average sized wrist. The surface of the bracelet measures 3/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of all the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, thereĀ is no apparent damage to the silver setting or to the coiled design. There is a natural patina on the surface of the bracelet, which adds further depth to the beautiful look.
