The Story
A fantastic pair of cufflinks from the Vintage (ca1960s) era! Crafted in 14k vibrant yellow gold, each cufflink features a long, thin face. Each cufflink face features an inlaid rectangular-shaped piece of lapis. The lapis displays a striking blue hue, which wonderfully complements the yellow gold setting. The remainder of the face is smooth and simple, and the cufflinks are completed by connectors and swivel bar backs. The backside of the swivel bar backs feature a brushed gold design. The connector bars are stamped with a "14K" purity mark and a maker' mark which reads: "A.B". A striking pair, these cufflinks would look wonderful worn to any special event or occasion!
Measurements: The cufflink faces have a length of 7/8" and a width of just under 1/4". The cufflinks have a total length of 7/8".
Condition: The overall condition of the cufflinks is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and the inlaid lapis stones are securely set and free from any chips or damages. The swivel bar backs are secure and in working order.
