A gorgeous ruby and diamond ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 18k rose gold, this ring features a navette-style centerpiece, which is encrusted with sparkling stones. The centerpiece features a prong-set, round cut ruby, which displays a deep, luscious red hue. The ruby has an approximate total carat weight of .30ct, and wonderfully contrasts the rose gold mounting. The remainder of the centerpiece is adorned with prong-set mine cut diamonds, which have an approximate total carat weight of .35ctw, and display H/I color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The shoulders and band of the ring are smooth and simple. An elegant example of Victorian-era craftsmanship, this ring would look lovely worn on any collector's hand!
Measurements:Ā The ring is a size 6.25, but could easily be resized. The centerpiece has a height of 3/4" and a width of 3/8". The band has a width of 1.6mm.
Condition:Ā The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to theĀ gold setting, and all of the rubies and diamonds are intact and securely set.
