The Story
A beautiful sapphire and diamond ring from legendary jeweler Michael M! Crafted in 18k white gold, this substantial ring features a central 3.67ct oval cut sapphire. The sapphire rests within a four-prong setting, and displays a magnificent cornflower blue hue. The stone, which is accompanied by a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Report, was found to not have been treated with heat. Each shoulder of the ring features 7 round brilliant cut diamonds, which have an approximate total carat weight of 1.5ctw. The diamonds display H/I color and VS-SI 1 clarity, and rest within bead settings. The gallery and bridge of the ring are also encrusted with small round brilliant cut diamonds, which are held within bead settings. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank features the "MICHAEL M" signature, an "18K" purity mark, and a serial number which reads: "140264". A colorful piece, this ring would make a spectacular engagement ring.Ā The ring was appraised by anĀ independent accredited GIA-certified Gemologist with a stated retail replacement value of $11,500.00 in March of 2024.
Measurements:Ā The ring has a finger size of 5, butĀ could be easily re-sized. The band measures 3.1mm.
Condition:Ā The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting. All of the stones are secure and intact.
