A unique "sputnik" ring from the VintageĀ (ca1950s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold, this ring features nineteen bezel set multi-colored stones. The stones are arranged in a "sunburst" like fashion, and cover the entire surface of the ring's centerpiece. The stones display red, yellow, green, purple, and pink hues, which beautifully contrast with the gold mounting. The inside of the shank is marked with faint, illegible maker's marks. A very unusualĀ and eye-catching piece, this beautiful ring would make a special addition to any collection!
Measurements:Ā The sputnik centerpiece has a diameter of approximately 1 1/4". The ringĀ has a finger size of 6.75 but could easily be re-sized up or down if desired.
Condition:Ā The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the yellow gold setting or the multi-colored stones, which are all secure and intact.
