The Story
A beautiful Vintage pearl and diamond pendant from the 1960s! Crafted in 14kt white gold, this lovely pendant features a single Mabe pearl link dangling freely below a dazzling elongated diamond topper. The beautiful pearl measures 11mm in diameter and displays a wonderful creamy white color and high surface luster. The diamond encrusted surmount forms the shape of a flowing leafy motif that extends beautifully over the pearl, and a smoothly polished surface is revealed on the back. The surmount swings from a sparkling foliage inspired topper adorned with various size and cut diamonds, including old Mine, Transitional, Single, and Square, each one catching the light beautifully with every turn. Collectively, the diamonds weigh approximately 0.75ctw combined, and add a wonderful sparkling radiance next to the lustrous pearl. Finishing the design is a hidden bail on the back, perfect for adding this piece to a favorite chain. This gorgeous pendant would make a fabulous statement piece when worn on special occasions!
Measurements: The pendant hang approximately 1 3/4" long, and measures a little less than 3/4" at the widest point and 1/2" thick
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting and the pearl and all of the diamonds are intact.
