A fantastic hinged buckle bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in gold-fill, the front of this bangle features a large, three-dimensional buckle motif. The entire surface of the bangle is adorned with intricate scrolling, floral, and foliage-motif engravings. The side of the bangle features a discreet push clasp, which allows the bangle to open and close. A fabulous piece, this bangle would look lovely worn alone or stacked with other Victorian-era bracelets!
Measurements:Ā The inside of the bangle (where a wrist would rest) measures 2 1/4" wide and 1 3/4" tall.
Condition:Ā The overall condition of this bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to theĀ gold-fill setting. The push clasp is secure and in working order.
