The micro mosaic depicts a cluster of forget-me-not flowers surrounded by green foliage. The mosaic is surrounded by a gold frame, which is decorated on both the top and bottom by three-dimensional balls. The pin also features a long bar, which is capped on both ends by three dimensional balls. The pin also features 2 Etruscan style fan motifs, which are decorated with intricate wirework and raised balls. The fans are bordered by dainty swirl motifs, which further add to the unique appeal of the piece. The back of the pin features a simple pin clasp.
