A spectacular diamond starburst pin/pendant from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Set in 18kt yellow gold and topped in patinaed sterling silver, this beautiful piece is comprised of 46 Old Mine Cushion Cut and Rose Cut diamonds. The diamonds have an approximate total weight of 4.50ctw, sparkling with every turn of the light. A removable pin clasp and a hidden hinged bail allow the piece to be worn as either a pendant or a pin. This breathtaking starburst would be a wonderful addition to any Victorian collection!
Measurements: The pin/pendant measures slightly more than 1 7/8” in diameter and about 1/4" at its deepest point excluding the pin finding.
Condition: The overall condition of the pin/pendant is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold and silver setting and all of the diamonds are intact. The pin clasp and hinged bail are secure and in good working condition.
