A beautifulĀ pair of tasselĀ earrings from the VictorianĀ (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow and rose gold, these earrings begin with a three-dimensional ball surmount. The earrings then feature a bellflower-shaped component, which is decorated with texturizing engravings and wrapped around another rosy gold ball. The earrings then features two more three-dimensional gold balls. The earrings then feature a component, which is decorated with braided tassels. The bottom of each tassel features a small ball. The tassel-link is topped with a scalloped cap, which is also decorated with texturizing engravings. The earrings are completed by simple earring wires. A fantastic pair with lovely movement, these earrings would make an exceptional addition to any Victorian-era collection!
Measurements:Ā The earrings hang 2" long (including the earrings wires) and measure 3/8" at their widest point.
Condition:Ā The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the mixed metals setting or hanging tassels. The earring wires are secure and in working order.
