An absolutely exquisite diamond and ruby pendant/charm from the Retro (ca1940s) era! This piece is crafted in platinum, and depicts two interlocking hearts. One of the hearts is encrusted with old European cut diamonds, which are bead-set and have an approximate total carat weight of .25ctw. The other heart is decorated with .20ctw of small rubies. The rubies are channel-set and display a lovely deep red hue. The top of the dainty pendant features a complementary bail, which would allow the piece to attach to a favorite chain or charm bracelet. A romantic piece, this pendant would make a lovely addition to any collection!
Measurements:Â The pendant/charm measures approximately 1/2" wide and 3/8" tall.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant/charm is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the platinum setting. All of the stones are secure and intact, and the complementary bail is secure and in working order.
