A lovely pair of aquamarine earrings from the Retro (ca1940s) era! These fabulous earrings are crafted in platinum and are comprised of a vibrant aquamarine and two old European cut diamonds in milgrained bezel settings. The aqua stone dangles freely from the base, and is topped by two smaller diamond links. The aquamarine exhibits a beautiful, sky blue hue in its setting, perfectly complimenting the sparkling diamonds. A simple post back attaches at the back of the topmost diamond, allowing the earrings to hang with wonderful movement. The earrings look stunning on and would make a special addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1" long and is 3/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or earring backs. The aquamarine display some subtle natural inclusions and some minor surface wear, but have no significant chips, scratches, or cracks. The diamonds are intact and securely set.
