A classically beautiful retro pearl necklace from the 1940s! The feminine design features two long strands of slightly graduated pearls, which have a soft, creamy champagne color and a wonderful natural luster. The pearls vary slightly in size, with the largest pearls resting at the center and the smallest at the back. Each pearl is hand strung on white thread and is knotted in between. The piece fastens with a stunning push clasp made of 14k white gold. An ensemble of single cut diamonds (approximately .60ctw combined) dot the surface of the clasp between a collection of pearls. The diamonds have J range color and SI2-VS1 range clarity. The generous length of the necklace also allows it be slipped easily on and off overhead. Measurements: The necklace measures 28" long. The largest pearl measures approximately 10mm in size, and the smallest measures about 6.7mm.
