A classically beautiful pair of moonstone earrings from the Retro (ca1950s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold, each earring begins with a circular surmount, which features a bezel-set moonstone cabochon. The earrings then feature a lower, larger component, which features an additional pill-shaped bezel-set moonstone cabochon. The moonstones display a lovely translucent grayish-blue hue. The earrings are completed by simple lever backs, which are stamped "14K". A fantastic pair, these earrings would make a lovely addition to any Retro-era jewelry collection!
Measurements:Â Each earring measures approximately 1/2" tall (including the lever backs) and have a width of 3/8" at their widest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. All of the moonstones are secure and intact, and the lever backs are secure and in working order.
