A wonderful amazonite beaded necklace from the Retro (ca1940s) era! This beautiful piece is comprised of a single strand of amazonite beads which are separated by dainty 14k gold chain. All of the amazonite beads are smoothly polished and have magnificent coloring, with pale green hues marbled with milky white. The necklace secures with a unique floral-motif push clasp, which is decorated with engravings and a smaller central amazonite held within a four-prong setting. The tongue and back of the push clasp are both marked with "14K" purity marks. The simple and attractive design is very wearable and would make a perfect everyday necklace. This eye-catching piece looks wonderful when worn and would make a fabulous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The entire necklace measures approximately 42" long. The flower clasp has a width and height of 1/2".
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the amazonite beads or rock quartz crystal spacers, all of which are securely strung. The sterling clasp is secure and in good working condition.
