A breathtaking engagement ring! Crafted in sleek platinum, this ring features a central 2.37 old European cut diamond, which is held within a clawed prong-setting. The magnificent stone displays J color and VS2 clarity. The shoulders and gallery of the ring are encrusted with a variety of bead-set old European and single cut diamonds, which display H/I color and VS1-SI1 clarity. Overall, the smaller diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of 1.10ctw. The shoulders and gallery of the ring also feature milgrain-detailing, which adds an antiquated look to the Estate-era ring. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is stamped "PLAT" and with a small maker's mark. The central diamond is accompanied by a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Report, which provides more information on the large stone. An impressive ring, this piece would make an extraordinary engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a size 6.5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 2.2mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All of the diamonds are secure and intact.
