Born in Florence, Elsa Peretti's first introduction with her collection began at Tiffany & Co. in 1974. During that time her collection debuted to high acclaim. Her inspiration in jewelry came from nature with elements such as bones, beans, hearts, scorpions, snakes, teardrops and sea-shells. Peretti's designs are translated in a wide variety of materials, however her most popular designs are her works in silver.
This unique Estate bracelet from Tiffany & Co. is one of Elsa Peretti's iconic wave designs! Crafted in 18k vibrant yellow gold, this bracelet is composed of nine, thin connected wire bracelets. The wires blend together seamlessly and form one unique, swirling bracelet. The bracelet is flexible, and is somewhat collapsible. The inside of the bracelet features the Tiffany & Co. and Elsa Peretti signatures, and a "750" purity mark. An elegant and delicate piece, this bracelet would be a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements:Â The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures 2 1/2" wide and 2 1/4" tall. The surface of the bracelet measure 1 5/8" tall. The weight of the bracelet is 34 grams/ 22 DWT
Condition:Â The overall condition of the piece is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting.
