The center of the bracelet features a "belly"-style centerpiece, which is decorated with 9 large old European cut diamonds, which are bezel-set and vary slightly in size. The remainder of the centerpiece is encrusted with small bead-set old European cut diamonds. The top and bottom edge of the centerpiece is decorated with dainty scrolling-motif engravings.
