The Story
An elegant diamond engagement ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold and platinum, this ring features a solitaire 1.03ct old mine cut diamond. The diamond is held within an eight-prong setting, and displays J/K color and SI1 clarity. The band of the ring is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is stamped with an illegible maker's mark. The ring had an an appraisal done by an accredited GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certified Gemologist. A timeless ring, this piece would make a lovely engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a size 5.5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 2.2mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or platinum settings, and the diamond is secure and intact.
