The style emerged in New York in the 1970s and has become one of Cartier's most beloved and emblematic collections to date. This particular design is known as the "LOVE ring," serving as a symbol of timeless love and passionate romance. Crafted in 18k white gold, the ring features a pattern of six etched screw heads, which carry around the entire outer surface of the band. Stamped inside of the shank are several hallmarks, including the official "Cartier" signature, "750," the ring's individual serial number, and "©1996." The inside of the ring also features a personalized engraving which features a "heart" symbol, and the letters "SNOE".
