The Story
A lovely lavalier pendant from the Art Nouveau (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold, this pendant features a unique and artistic design. The center of the pendant features a single bezel-set garnet stone. The red hue of the garnet wonderfully contrasts the yellow gold setting. The top of the piece features a complementary bail, which would allow the piece to easily attach to a favorite chain. The top of the piece is stamped "90". A delicate piece, this pendant would make a lovely addition to any antique jewelry collection!
Measurements:Ā The pendant hangs approximately 1 1/2" long (including the complementary bail) and 3/4" wide.
Condition:Ā The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to theĀ gold setting. The garnet is secure and intact, and the complementary bail is in working order.
