A gorgeous locket from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! This wonderful piece is crafted in vibrant 10kt yellow gold and has a stunning floral design covering the entire front surface. Two blossoming flowers are surrounded by elegantly engraved foliage that glints with each turn in the light. The locket opens to reveal two spaces to display a personal photograph if desired and the piece hangs from a simple gold bail stamped "10K". A very artistic and feminine Art Nouveau piece, it would look perfect worn on a simple gold chain and would make a beautiful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The locket has a diameter of approximately 1 5/8" including the bail, 1 1/2" wide, and measures about 3/8" thick. It weighs 10.3 grams.
