The Story
A simply exquisite and unusual moonstone and diamond ring from the Art Deco (ca1930) era! This fabulous ring is made of platinum and has a single cabochon moonstone set in its center. The stone, which is particularly large in size, is prong set and has pearly hues of blue. Eighteen diamonds surround this center stone, resting on the shoulder of the ring, completing the wonderful Deco design. The moonstone is absolutely stunning and the ring looks beautiful on. It would make a gorgeous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5.75 but could easily be resized. The moonstone has a diameter of slightly more than 1/2". The band measures in width from less than 1/8” to 3/8”.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and the moonstone and all of the diamonds are intact.
