A stunning engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in platinum, this ring features a central, prong-set old European cut diamond. The diamond, which has a carat weight of 1.30ct, displays G/H color and VS2 clarity. The front of the mounting is further encrusted with 28 bead-set single cut diamonds, which have an approximate total carat weight of .60ctw, and display H/I color and VS1-SI1 clarity. Additionally, each shoulder of the piece features 4, channel-set calibrated sapphires, which add a lovely "pop" of deep blue to the mounting. The shoulders also feature dainty wheat-motif engravings, which taper off as the band progresses. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is marked with a worn hallmark which appears to read: "5". An elegant engagement ring, this piece would be perfect for any upcoming proposal!
Measurements: The ring is currently a size 4.25, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.02mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the stones are intact and securely set.
