A colorful lapis lazuli beaded necklace from the Art Deco (ca1930s) era! This simple yet eye-catching piece is comprised of 88 round lapis beads, which range in size. The beads all display a vibrant royal blue hue, and feature white marbling and natural gold inclusions. All of the beads are strung, and individually knotted, on blue thread, which closely matches the hue of the beads. Due to the generous length of the piece, the necklace does not feature a clasp, and could easily be slipped off and on over the head. A gorgeous piece, this necklace would look exquisite worn alone, or paired with other Art Deco-era pieces!
Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 36" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the lapis beads which are intact and securely strung.
