A lovely and colorful cameo pendant/charm from the Art Deco (1920s) era! Crafted in 18k, this pendant/charm features a circular mother of pearl cameo. The cameo depicts the Virgin Mary, who is gazing into the distance, adorned in flowing garments, and depicted with a halo. The words "VIRGO PURISSIMA", which translate to "the most pure virgin" are also carved onto the cameo. The cameo is surrounded by a border of pearls, sapphires, and diamonds. The 8 pearls display a lovely champagne luster. The channel-set sapphires have an approximate total carat weight of .50ct, and display a striking blue hue. The bead-cut rose cut-diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .21ct. The top of the pendant/charm feature a complementary bail, which would allow the piece to easily attach to a favorite chain.
