A gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in 18k white gold, this ring features a solitaire, .72ct old European cut diamond, which is bead-set. The diamond, which displays J/K color and SI1 clarity is further surrounded by an octagonal frame adorned with delicate milgrain-detailing. The gallery and shoulders of the ring feature filigree-detailing, which incorporates floral-motif cutouts. The shoulders of the ring feature wheat-motif engravings, and the remainder of the band is smooth and simple. The inside of the shank features an "18K" purity mark. A timeless piece, this ring would be perfect for any upcoming proposal or engagement!
Measurements: The ring is currently a size 6, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.15mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting, and the diamond is intact and securely set.
