An absolutely stunning diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Crafted in 18k white gold, this ring features a solitaire .45ct old European cut diamond. The diamond is held with a multi-prong setting, and displays I color and VS2 clarity. The gallery and shoulders of the ring feature gorgeous filigree-detailing, which incorporates teardrop-shaped cutouts. The diamond is also complemented on each side by a single blooming-floral motif. The first half of the band also features subtle floral-motif engravings. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank features an "18K" purity mark. A true example of Art Deco-era craftsmanship, this piece would be perfect for any upcoming engagement!
Measurements: The ring is a size 4, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.85mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting, and the diamond is intact
