An unusual padlock bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This stylish bangle bracelet is made of 14ktkt rose gold, and features a padlock-shaped centerpiece at the front. Delicate turquoise stones decorate the surface, set where the keyhole and screws would be. At the top is a curved bar representing the handle. The padlock is purely decorative, and does not open or unlock. Instead, the hinged bracelet opens at a push clasp at the side, where a safety chain provides extra security. This creative and beautifully made bracelet would be right at home in the fashion-forward woman's collection!
Measurements:Â The interior of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures approximately 2 1/4" wide and 1 3/4" tall, and would fit nicely on a medium/average sized wrist. The padlock centerpiece measures 1" tall, 3/4" wide, and 1/4" thick.
