The Story
A gorgeous and very unusual gunmetal chain from the Georgian (ca1850) era! This long, fancy chain is comprised of rich gunmetal links, which have a beautiful and ornate double heart design. Each delicate wirework link alternates with small gunmetal rings to form an extremely long 60" chain necklace. At the center of the chain is a gunmetal watch clasp, which makes it easy to attach a complimentary pendant or locket if desired. It is a versatile and beautifully made piece, and would look lovely worn alone, or layered with other fashionable chains!
Measurements: The entire length of the chain measures 60" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the chain is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gunmetal links and the watch clasp is secure and in good working condition.
